Aileene is a recent immigrant to Canada who joined Pentland’s Prosthetics & Orthotics Clinic in March 2025. In the Philippines, she is a Registered Nurse and managed a multi-specialty clinic for 12 years, gaining diverse experience in clinic operations and a patient-centered approach.
She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Health Management from the UK. Her extensive background has honed her decision-making abilities, enabling her to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and implement effective solutions. She firmly believes that delivering exceptional customer service is important not only to enhance patient satisfaction but also to foster trust and loyalty, leading to improved health outcomes and a stronger organizational reputation.
