After spending several years in the healthcare field in the interior region of British Columbia, Tim joined Pentland's Prosthetics and Orthotics team as General Manager/President at the beginning of 2022.

He completed his bachelor's degree in Management from the University of British Columbia. At the end of 2022, Tim also earned his Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.

Tim's family has had a strong background in the health industry in China for over 30 years. After moving to Canada and working in Kelowna, Tim qualified many outstanding talents for the health industry in the interior region of British Columbia. Tim is always dedicated to providing quality work; as General Manager/President at Pentland's, Tim is prepared to make our client care experiences a positive journey. His energy is limitless, and he can always motivate his colleagues.

Outside of work, Tim loves to play soccer and enjoys family time with his wife Maggie and their lovely yellow lab, DaXiong.
