    Client Care Advisor – Surrey Office

    At Pentland's Prosthetics and Orthotics Clinic, we are seeking a dedicated and proficient Client Care Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Surrey Office at 200- 9645 137 Street, Surrey, BC V3T 4G8. This full-time position is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, 40 hours per week, which includes a half-hour paid lunch break per day.

    As a pivotal member of our clinic, the Client Care Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, providing exceptional support to both our staff (clinicians & technicians) and clients/patients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding client service.     Key Responsibilities

    • Client/Patient and Appointment Management: Warmly welcome clients/patients and answer the phone, ensuring a professional atmosphere. Manage and coordinate appointment bookings efficiently.
    • Funding Inquiries: Provide detailed information regarding funding options and respond to all related queries from clients/patients.
    • Support for Funding Submissions: While the Vancouver head office will manage the initial funding application process, the role involves tracking and following up on clients'/patients' funding applications with various governing agencies and private insurers.
    • Form Preparation and Management: Handle all necessary external and internal documentation for clinicians and clients/patients.
    • Supply Management: Oversee the purchase of office and workshop supplies as per the requirements specified by the team.
    • Billing and Relationship Building: Conduct billing processes for governing agencies, private insurance, and direct clients/patients while fostering strong relationships.
    • Referral Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with hospitals, physicians, and medical facilities post-referral to cultivate positive professional relationships.
    • Team Collaboration and Support: Work effectively in both independent and team settings, providing assistance to other staff members as needed.
    • Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as requested by the General Manager, relevant to the role.

    Qualifications

    • Attention to Detail: Pays close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in appointment scheduling, document management, and billing processes.
    • Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to identify issues promptly and develop effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
    • Team Player: Works collaboratively within a team setting, providing support and assistance to other staff members to achieve common goals.
    • Experience in Healthcare Administration: Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is preferred but not mandatory.

    Training and Development

    Comprehensive training will be provided at our Vancouver head office, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your role.

    We're looking for someone to start in early 2025. Our comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $42,000 to $45,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include a half-hour paid lunch break, paid vacation, monthly team events, performance bonuses, extended health benefits, and an RRSP contribution plan.     Certified Orthotist (CO) – Surrey Office

    We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Certified Orthotist to join our team of experienced clinical and technical professionals at Pentland's Surrey location, to provide orthotic services to a wide range of clients to improve their mobility, function and independence. Surrey office address: 9645 137 Street, Second Floor (#200), Surrey, BC V3T 4G8.

    The position is full-time, 5 days a week, with paid lunch break, paid vacation, monthly event, bonus, group benefits (extended health benefits), and RRSP included in the package. A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with the skills and potential the successful candidate brings to the position. A signing/relocation bonus is available as well.

    We are excited to expand our Vancouver office to meet the high volume of client demand, so we are seeking a Certified Prosthetist (CP) to join our team of experienced clinical and technical professionals at Pentland's Vancouver location.

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing orthotic and/or prosthetic services to a diverse range of clients to improve their mobility, function, and independence. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), with paid lunch break, paid vacation, monthly events, bonus, group benefits (extended health benefits), and RRSP included in the package. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with the skills, clinical experience, and potential. A relocation bonus is available as well. The expected start date is flexible.
